I have been to this BankMuscat ATM in MBD (near Khimji’s Mart) three times last week, and during all the three occasions, the kiosk was out of order. By the looks of it, the ATM has been ‘down’ for some days now. People walk in, press a few keys, and walk back dejected. There has been no effort to say the machine is ‘out-of-order’ or ‘sorry-for-inconvenience’ either. BankMuscat boats of largest network of ATMs in the Sultanate, but what is the use of vast network if the existing ones are badly maintained / don’t serve the purpose. Customer care, anyone?
