Today is Oman’s National Day, and today is my last day with my present employer. After almost five long years in Oman and present job, I thought it was time for me to test new waters. I believe change is the only constant thing in life.

I am not heading to other media groups in Oman; instead, I have decided to try freelance/consulting options in the field of public relations and new media in Oman. I like challenges, and I hope I have made the right decision. My family and friends are quite surprised by my decision to quit a stable job, and embark on a risky journey. But, I believe the biggest risk in life is not taking one.
